Where on earth did it go? Comments on the programming part: It was actually rather easy on our part to decompile the exe - made a decompiler, targetted specifically at the original Japanese exe (it wouldn't accept Chinese or the Russian exe, for one, so I guess it does a md5 check?) Once that is done, everything in the game is accessible - including the script. Honyaku Subs also noted how surprised they were to find the script included with the image files, but personally, I think that is due to how HSP compiles exes.Once you have the HSP script file, you can begin inserting any translations. It's super easy.
