Zeus Poseidon Patch V2.1

Japan Mod-I've updated right now the Chronicles of Wei v2.1. I'm very satisfied with the result: a city building campaign based on Japan, with correct english texts and mistakes fixed, therefore with a decent level. (Thanks to Gweilo and User3 respectively)The interesting of this campaign is not the quality of the story or the well planned plot -there are jewells in the campaigns download section- but It is the nearest thing to a 'Nippon Mod'. right now.(User3's name for the mod, and I like it)Nippon mod current features-Japanese archipelago map (with a far Korea).eng file modified so that Chinese leader names and towns are fully Japanese. I've separated in easy sections each list so that the campaign creator could easily find what she/he is looking for.-Japan Mod map for widescreen patched games (by User3)Nippon mod future features.eng and MM.eng are being modified to change Ancestral and Daoist Gods for Shintoist and Taoist Gods, also to change Chinese historic references to Japanese ones, and little changes in a few buildings names.Chronicle of Wei helpThe campaign in which the mod is included is moreless easy, not a challenge for advanced players, focused in city-building and politics.

Here is what I will need you to do. Put all the English text you've written so far into ONE text file (.txt) (this should include the Campaign Introduction text, Campaign Victory text, and all mission introduction and victory texts).

Then email that text file to me. I will proofread it and make the necessary grammer corrections and then email it back to you. Thank you for your answer Gweilo, and for the welcome.I'm sorry for not been able to answer before, the season still busy here and I'm working hard in the office this week.I sent you the.txt file yesterday evening ( Spain evening) for if you can give it a check.Thank you for your interest. To be honest I'm a little bit excited, because I've been creating maps and adventures in Sierra games since I was a child playing Caesar III, but it will be the first time I share a work with the public.Quoted from Gweilo:Hello Armel, welcome to Emperor Heaven and thanks for sharing your ambitious project with us.You are all welcome, I think is the minimum when you have been learning and solving your doubts through the only serious emperor source on the internet. But I fear that the campaign is more humble than ambitious, he he he. Please, don't put many hopes on it to don't become disappointed.PS=I want to add that in my search of how to modify the graphics, Maybe I was ambitious, xD.Edited for english mistake. This message has been edited by Armel (edited @ 06:28 AM). Of course, I will.

(In fact I've been checking the downloads section the whole morning to see if the campaign would appear. XD And It appears!!)I would apreciate in the future you could test it. But meanwhile you must still focused on the Kitchen's God adventure, it looks pretty funny, and I want to play when your release it.Thank you- Edited (added since here) to avoid new post-I've seen your comment in the campaign file, User3. Quoted from Armel:what are the file sizes that I need to create?I don't know for sure; I tried the patch out years ago. I prefer 'windowed mode' and couldn't find a good compromise size with my preferred desktop dimension.

Maybe when I get a 50 inch HDTV with VGA/DVI inputs, I will give it another try.Simply remind the widescreen patch users that they need to resize the image to the dimension their patch provides.and/orAdjust the image border if that is what the current patch does.Scroll past the polish links to find Emperor.7z link(168MB download). If you prefer, I could try the patch out again and see which specific method works and provide the adjusted JPGs for you after testing them out. Im at your disposal, boss man. This message has been edited by user3 (edited @ 09:49 AM). Thanks Gweilo!Armel; Here is a screenshot of what the WS Empire map looks like for 1920x1080(full HD) with your map. Pardon the resize blur but the full size image wasn't uploading. After they backup the WSpatch ChinaMapOfChina03.JPGThe method is open a new image in Paint, resize to the dimension of the patch JPG(ChinaMapOfChina03), Paste from: your JPG, Save as: C:SierraEmperorRotMKDATAChinaMapOfChina03.JPG (overwriting the file).

Note: GOG version default install uses a different path with spaces in it, so says the WSGF forum members. If this is satisfactory, then I will start converting for all the supplied sizes of the WSpatch. This message has been edited by user3 (edited @ 03:56 PM). Quoted from Gweilo:Armel, I changed the subject of this post, as you requested.Thank you so much Gweilo!Quoted from User3:I prefer 'windowed mode'Me too! I play in a laptop with 1366.Quoted from User3:If you prefer, I could try the patch out again and see which specific method works and provide the adjusted JPGs for you after testing them out.

Zeus Poseidon Patch V2.1 Update

Without you, this campaign would probably been unplayable, and I probably would'nt be working on the.eng file to change buildings and gods names. I'm suffering because I cannot use my pixelart skills to provided to this game the Japanese mod that it deserves, because there isn't absolutely anything out there that allows someone like me to modify.sg3 and.555 files and to compress them again to make them work in emperor rotmk.

I know that this is a delicate subject, because for some reason the C3modder programm has been removed from the earth surface.Hey there Armel- user3 said you were looking for a way to modify those sg/555 files? Well, with some help from Pecunia I've to create an sg-writer utility that can modify the in-game graphics archives. There's no GUI at the moment, but if you liked I could package a simple.jar executable with some text-based instructions and an.xml configuration script. That should be enough to get you started for now.Do you have any links to some samples of your pixel-art?EDIT: By the way, it looks very much as if the C3Modder program is still available for download here? This message has been edited by PelagiusII (edited @ 06:10 PM).» » » Japan ModYou must be logged in to post messages. Please orHop to: Copyright © 1997–2019 HeavenGames LLC.
