PlotThe story follows the adventurer, who has beenrecruited to lead an expedition in search of afabled treasure believed to be contained within the Temple ofSkulls, deep within unexplored. The temple is so-called because it isadorned with the skulls of people who have entered the templeeither intentionally or accidentally, and have been sacrificiallymurdered as a result, to deter others from stealing thetreasure.Throughout the film, Quatermain must avoid hidden dangers,violent natives and other unseen traps during their quest for thetreasure of the Temple of Skulls, travelling by train, river andair to reach his goal, all the while being pursued by rivaltreasure-seekers and unfriendly natives who wish to sabotage hisexpedition.
