I found the solution. I have 100 automated reports that use CutePDF to generate PDF's which are inturn uploaded via FTP to a webserver. I was baffled as sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. Today I finally found the solution. You need to edit the Registry and reset the Filename to c: or other valid file location.

Apparently this only affects 64 bit workstations and servers.Here is my Registry File that I run prior to my Automated script. Save it asCutePDFDialog.reg (Do not include the dashed lines when copying)-Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00HKEYCURRENTUSERSoftwareAcro Software IncCPW'Title'='To Be Replaced'Filename'='C:'EmailPDF'='0'ViewPDF'='0'ViewPDF2'='0'-To run this from the Command line or batch file.
