Recently I had to reformat my system drive and upon doing so I needed to reload Acid Pro 3.0f. When I am asked to enter my serial number I get a ' The number that you have entered is invalid ' message. I have put an e-mail message into the Sonic foundry support team and have yet to get a reply. Now this is a full version that I had paid for and downloaded about a year ago. I had gone to the Sonic Foundry site that handled this kind of problem and still could not load the serial number when asked to do so. Does anybody have an answer?Thanks in advance.rprezzano. To clearify, the serial number and activation number are 2 different beasts.The serial no is either given you in an email if you purchased a downloadable version or can be found on the inside of your Acid manual.After you have installed you must register with Sound Forge either directly online or preferably using the 'other computer' option wich will save a html-file you can use to log on/register with.

Then you will receive an activation code/register file via email. As long as you want to reinstall on the same PC using the ssame OS you can use the same actiavation code.Hope this helps.
