I think your real solution is to obtain a card that works properly, or optimized.To force GDI generic for each new login I can think of 2 ways. First of all when you start a new account XP copies an existing account as a template for the new user. I think this might be the guest account, figure out which account that is, enable it, set IV to what you want, then return the account to its original settings.Or, I suspect if you are registry savy you could edit the hardware library in the HKLM section such that your particular card and driver combination are seen as unsupported and default to the MS settings.
